Recent Projects

• Gateway Terrace, Boston, Massachusetts – 133 residential loft units in Boston’s South End. The 250,000 square foot mixed-use condominium includes underground parking places and street level commercial spaces. The $66-million Gateway Terrace was completed and sold out in 2007.
  
• Minot Hall, Boston, Massachusetts – 43 residential units are the hallmark of this historic renovation at 1723 Washington Street. The Minot Hall redevelopment includes underground parking and mixed use, street level commercial space. The $22-million project was completed and sold out in 2003.
  
• 72 North Hampton, Boston , Massachusetts – 32, artist-style lofts are the signature of this 32,000 square foot conversion in the South End neighborhood. The project, which included a two story addition and underground parking spaces, was completed and sold out in 2003.
